1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the VÖRN website at vorn.lifestyle (the “Site”) or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Product descriptions are provided in good faith; however, we do not warrant that product descriptions are accurate, complete, or error-free.
Our dietary supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement regimen.
3. Subscriptions
Subscription orders are billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis. By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize VÖRN to charge your payment method on file until you cancel. You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal. Cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date to take effect for that cycle.
4. Affiliate Rep Program
Participation in the VÖRN affiliate rep program is subject to separate program terms. Commissions are calculated monthly and paid according to the schedule outlined in the program agreement. VÖRN reserves the right to modify commission structures, suspend, or terminate rep accounts for violations of program terms.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for unlawful purposes or in violation of any regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
- Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Site without written permission
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with VÖRN
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, product names, and software — is the property of VÖRN or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VÖRN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Travis County, Texas.
9. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
